Rep has added the ability to customize a PR-4000 but unfortunately the process isn’t straight forward. Here is a step by step guide on how to build your rack, but everything can be found by clicking here.
- Go here to select your uprights (choose color, height and quantity, they come in pairs so choose a quantity of 2 for a normal 4 post rack or 3 for a 4 post rack and weight storage)
- Go here to select your cross members (sold in sets of 4 so select the color and then depth you’d like for your rack either 24, 30 or 41 inches and add to cart; if you’d also like weight storage add a second set of cross members at a depth of 16 inches – all necessary bolts, washers and hardware comes with the crossmembers and does not need to be added separately)
- Go here to add the rear name plate cross member
- Go here to select your pull-up bar option (this is required to build a rack and will go on the front connecting the uprights, choose any option)
- Select your safety options (Flip down safeties are currently available in 24″ and 41″ depth, safety straps are available in all depths, and pin pipes are also only available in 24″ and 30″ depth) this is where it is tricky, IF YOUR PREFERRED SAFETY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR RACK DEPTH, don’t worry, in the past this prevented you from getting a rack order processed unless you bought a different option, now you can order the other rack parts and order your ideal safety later as soon as they are back in stock
- At this time REP is out of stock for all j-cups for the PR-4000. You can still order your rack and then if you want rounded, flat or standard j-cups you can still order your rack now and get the j-cups later. To have j-cups that work now, these Roller J-hooks (aka j-cups) from Titan are perfectly compatible and are highly regarded at only $69.99 including shipping.
- Select any other accessories you might want (you may need to wait for items to come back into stock and place a later order – Iso Arms are not returning until Nov/Dec), Weight horns (necessary for weight storage)
DM – @repstockalerts if you have any questions or additional accessories you’d like us to add from Rep and Titan. I hope this helps you get your custom PR-4000!
